We are excited to announce that we opened the Ghent Montessori Middle School program in August 2002. As a response to parents requesting this expansion and because of  confidence in our existing staff, we decided to take on this monumental task. We welcome participation from anyone who has a specialty or an idea that will further expand on the curriculum.

This sixth year, we have 5 students in the  Middle School group. The 6th-year students will also be involved for certain projects. In 2008-09 we anticipate 10 to 12 students and the following years an average of 15. We feel this is ideal for an adolescent class and meets the needs of our students.
